  • Heat oven to 375°F.
  • Add thyme to coating mix in the shaker bag; shake gently to combine. Use to coat chicken as directed on package. Place on baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray.
  • Bake 28 to 30 min. or until chicken is done.
  • Meanwhile, heat butter in large skillet on medium heat. Add mushrooms, onions and garlic; cook 3 to 5 min. or until onions are tender and mushroom liquid has cooked off, stirring frequently. Stir in wine; bring to boil. Mix broth and cornstarch until blended. Add to skillet. Bring to boil, stirring constantly; simmer on low heat 2 to 3 min. or until thickened, stirring occasionally.
  • Serve chicken topped with sauce and parsley.

How to Pound Chicken Breasts

Place 2 of the chicken breasts in large freezer-weight resealable plastic bag. Pound chicken with the side of a heavy can, rolling pin or meat mallet until chicken is 1/4-inch thick. Remove chicken from bag; set aside. Repeat with remaining chicken breasts.


Substitute dried marjoram leaves for the dried thyme leaves.


Omit wine. Increase fat-free reduced-sodium chicken broth to 1-1/2 cups.
