Not the fanciest or perhaps the most nutritious, but very yummy and very easy. I've made it a couple times now, and have tweaked it a bit to suit my own taste. I use Velveeta shells and cheese instead of the mac and cheese, one pepper, a whole pound of hamburger, and a little more sauce than the recipe calls for. My picky husband likes it enough to eat it leftover the next day (and this is an anti-leftover dude), and it's nice that it doesn't make an entire huge pan that the two of us will never finish on our own.
This is a tasty twist. Love the cheesy-ness with the spaghetti meat sauce. I don't always use name brand in my recipes, but after making this the first time with an off-brand mac 'n cheese, I definitely use the Kraft brand now. Has a lot more flavor.
This was a very easy, inexpensive meal to make. Tastes great too.
