Sharp Cheddar VELVEETA® Shepherd's Pie

Got some ground beef, frozen veggies and leftover mashed potatoes? You're over halfway to having everything you need to make this easy shepherd's pie.

What You Need

lb.  ground beef
4
cups  frozen mixed vegetables (carrots, corn, green beans, peas)
1
cup  beef gravy
6
oz.  Sharp Cheddar VELVEETA, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
2
cups  mashed potatoes

Make It

HEAT oven to 375ºF.

BROWN meat in large skillet; drain. Return meat to skillet; stir in mixed vegetables and gravy. Spoon into 9-inch square baking dish.

TOP with VELVEETA and potatoes.

BAKE 20 min. or until heated through.

Note
This recipe is a great way to use leftover mashed potatoes. Or, you can prepare recipe using freshly made mashed potatoes or store-bought refrigerated mashed potatoes.
Barbecue Shepherd's Pie
Substitute 3/4 cup KRAFT Original Barbecue Sauce mixed with 1/2 tsp. onion powder for the gravy.
