  • Cook pasta in large saucepan as directed on package, omitting salt. Meanwhile, cook spinach in nonstick skillet on medium heat 5 to 7 min. or just until wilted, stirring frequently.
  • Drain pasta; return to pan. Add spinach and all remaining ingredients; cook on low heat 3 to 5 min. or until VELVEETA is completely melted and mixture is well blended, stirring frequently.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I can't believe i'm the first one to rate this! I can't believe i'm the first one to rate this!!! This is a great recipe to use low fat ingredients - Velveeta and skim milk. I followed directions but did decrease spinach to 4oz and added 1 small handful of shredded cheese. Perfect blend of rich & creamy with sticking. My new go to when I crave the 'velveeta type' macaroni, YUMMMY!
