i have to stay away from breads and pasta. what can you substitute this luscious recipe with.
I can't believe i'm the first one to rate this!!! This is a great recipe to use low fat ingredients - Velveeta and skim milk. I followed directions but did decrease spinach to 4oz and added 1 small handful of shredded cheese. Perfect blend of rich & creamy with sticking. My new go to when I crave the 'velveeta type' macaroni, YUMMMY!
