Skewers of shrimp, green pepper and pineapple chunks, and onion wedges are grilled and basted with teriyaki barbecue sauce for a tasty summer entrée.

What You Need

lb. cleaned large shrimp

medium onions, cut into wedges

medium green peppers, cut into chunks
1/2
 of a medium pineapple, peeled, cored and cut into chunks

 wooden skewers

cup KRAFT Teriyaki Sesame Ginger Barbecue Sauce

Make It

PREHEAT greased grill to medium-high heat. Arrange shrimp, onions, green peppers and pineapple alternately on skewers.

GRILL kabobs 5 to 10 minutes or until shrimp turn pink, turning occasionally and brushing with the barbecue sauce during the last 2 minutes of the grilling time.

Use Your Broiler
Assemble kabobs as directed. Place on rack of broiler pan 3 to 5 inches from heat. Broil 5 to 10 minutes or until shrimp turn pink, turning occasionally and brushing with the barbecue sauce during the last 2 minutes of the broiling time.
