For a guaranteed crowd-pleaser, all you need are some boneless beef short ribs, a great dry rub blend and a bit of our homemade Chimichurri Sauce.

What You Need

cup  A.1. Dry Rubs Bold Original
lb.  boneless beef short ribs

Make It

HEAT grill to medium-high heat.

SPRINKLE Dry Rubs onto ribs; rub into meat.

GRILL 10 to 12 min. or until done (145ºF), turning occasionally. Remove to cutting board; cover. Let stand 5 min.

CUT ribs against the grain into thin slices. Serve with Chimichurri Sauce.
