What You Need

1/2
lb.  spaghetti, uncooked
1/2
cup  KRAFT Zesty Italian Dressing, divided
1
 onion, chopped
2
lb.  uncooked deveined peeled medium shrimp
1
can  (15 oz.) black beans, drained
1/2
tsp.  crushed red pepper
1
cup  KRAFT Shredded Low-Moisture Part-Skim Mozzarella Cheese
1/4
cup  chopped cilantro

Make It

COOK spaghetti as directed on package. Meanwhile, heat 2 Tbsp. dressing in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add onions; cook and stir 5 min. Stir in shrimp, beans and crushed pepper; cover. Cook 5 to 8 min. or until shrimp turn pink, stirring occasionally.

DRAIN spaghetti. Add to shrimp mixture with remaining dressing, cheese and cilantro; mix lightly.

Serve with a mixed green salad tossed with your favorite KRAFT Dressing.
Special Extra
Add 1 chopped red bell pepper with the onions.
