This recipe was so amazing, I am still thinking about it days later. I wasn't expecting it to be as good as it was, or to hold up the next day as leftovers, but it didn't disappoint. This will become a quickie staple in my recipe arsenal for sure.
I added Green Peppers and Onions and it is delicious! What a great recipe!
