I've never posted a review before on this site but I had to about this. I made this recipe exactly as is, just needed a little more dressing/garlic mixture as i tend to be heavy handed when brushing. I actually made this on an open forman grill and it turned out great. the flavors were amazing, i would definitely use fresh basil and don't skip the scallions. definitely going to have this again!
