My 16 year old son is a picky eater and he had seconds! I will use fresh shrimp next time and add some chopped basil at the end.
My family suggested I cut the shrimp Half, which I did the second time it was better.. Also added a little more hot to it..
not bad for quick and easy, however, buy the shrimp and make it yourself. do not buy precooked. it was awful and mushy. i think if i would have cooked my own shrimp first it would have been excellent!
