  • Mix sour cream, cilantro and lime juice. Refrigerate until ready to use.
  • Heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add onions and green peppers; cook 4 to 5 min. or until vegetables are crisp-tender, stirring occasionally.
  • Meanwhile, sprinkle shrimp with black pepper. Add shrimp to skillet; cook and stir 2 to 3 min. or until shrimp turn pink.
  • Spoon shrimp mixture evenly onto tortillas. Top with sour cream mixture, salsa and avocados; roll up.

Prepare sour cream mixture as directed. Substitute 1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts or sirloin steak, cut into strips, for the shrimp. Add to heated oil in skillet with onions and peppers; Cook and stir 5 to 7 min. or until chicken or meat is done. Continue as directed.
