This was delicious. I used a red bell pepper & and baby bella mushrooms. I will definitely make it again.
I made these shrimp and jack quesadillas for dinner. They were delish the only things omitted were the avocados cause I dont like them and the salsa inside but I did put sauteed onions and bell peppers and dipped in salsa. Yum!
