PLACE all shrimp on skewers putting a little space in between; place in a resealable plastic bag. Whisk together remaining ingredients; pour over shrimp and seal. Place in refrigerator for 3-4 hours.
PREHEAT the grill for 1-2 minutes. Remove shrimp from marinade; discard marinade. Grill shrimp for about 1-2 minutes. Make sure to flip for about 30 more seconds. Serve right away or save for snacks.
