I made this last night for dinner and my husband and I both liked it. I sauteed the shrimp with the garlic and light sprinkle of onion powder in the oil and 1 tab. butter. Then I put in the tomatoes, spinach etc. It does need more spinach and I used 2 oz. low fat cream cheese to thicken. I also put in some red pepper flakes crushed. Will make again.
