I used the salad shrimp instead of the large shrimp and served the salad in a pretty crystal bowl, not individually, at a Christmas luncheon. I lined the bowl with lettuce and also sprinkled paprika over the top of the salad. It was very attractive looking, especially with the lettuce showing at the top of the bowl, and had a lot of compliments on it.
