On a night that I wasn't interested in going out to get ingredients from the grocery store, I found this one while searching for shrimp recipes (have frozen in stock most of the time for a quick protein on nights like this)...was awesome - made with chopped fresh vine ripened tomatoes, a bit of pasta sauce, peppers, onion and garlic. Served on top of bulgar. Very delicious!
