My wife and I made this for dinner tonight and although we had to go with Zesty Italian Dressing instead of the Roasted Red Pepper dressing it was quite delicious and we both agree that we will be making this recipe again !!

My local City Market did not carry the dressing listed so I just used the regular Italian. I found this bland. Satisfying enough, but not alot of flavor.

This was very good. Only used half of the spinach because hubby doesn't care for it cooked. Will use the whole package next time as after it cooks up, can hardly tell it's in there. He can pick around it.
