my mother served this 55 years ago and I have never been able to find the recipe until now. I have made this also for years out of fresh or left over green beans. It is a great way to get children or anyone to enjoy vegetables. I use my own tomato sauce but will try this one as written.
Not sure about this recipe...seems like a strange combination of ingredients.
