Its really nice
I added butter to the pan first and then after 2 rounds I switched to cooking spray, and it took another 2 rounds before I followed the instructions and didn't put anything on my non-stick pan. The last ones I made (actually following the recipe!) came out nice and golden. My kids ate a couple each before declaring they didn't like them (??!) and I thought they were a pretty good way to get rid of sour ***** before it went bad. If I make them again, it will probably be for the same reason.
I make this recipe every Sunday. Best. Pancakes. Ever.
