    This was simple and good. I marinated the cabbage and onions in the dressing overnight, then added the mandarin oranges and 1/4 cup slivered onions just before serving. This goes great w/ "Slow-Cooker Thai Chicken Thighs" from this site.

    I didn't like the salad with just salad dressing so I mixed in a little Miracle Whip. I added just enough to keep the salad from being too runny. My husband liked it enough to go for seconds.
