HEAT oven to 350ºF.
BLEND 3 egg whites in blender 2 min. or until frothy; pour into medium bowl.
ADD remaining yolks, whole eggs and all remaining ingredients to blender; blend well. Add to beaten egg whites; stir gently until well blended. Pour into 6 (4 oz.) ramekins sprayed with cooking spray.
BAKE 30 to 35 min. or until centers are set and tops are puffed and lightly browned. Serve immediately.
