What You Need

 eggs, separated
1
pkg.  (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Neufchatel Cheese, cubed
1
tsp.  each chopped fresh basil, oregano and thyme
1/8
tsp.  salt

Make It

HEAT oven to 350ºF.

BLEND 3 egg whites in blender 2 min. or until frothy; pour into medium bowl.

ADD remaining yolks, whole eggs and all remaining ingredients to blender; blend well. Add to beaten egg whites; stir gently until well blended. Pour into 6 (4 oz.) ramekins sprayed with cooking spray.

BAKE 30 to 35 min. or until centers are set and tops are puffed and lightly browned. Serve immediately.

Variation
Prepare batter as directed; pour into 1-qt. casserole dish sprayed with cooking spray. Bake at 350ºF for 40 to 45 min. or until center is set and top is puffed and lightly browned.
