A Johnson and Wales grad, a professional chef said it was better than many quality restaurant hollandaise. I think it is an excellent substitution for classical hollandaise.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from This was just delicious! This was just delicious! The flavors blended well. It did not taste like yogurt or mayonnaise. I have never made a hollandaise sauce before, but this was so easy and healthy too! Will definitely use this recipe again.

It tastes much better ON the food than it does plain.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from This one just didn't do it for me. This one just didn't do it for me. I appreciated the quickness and low-cal aspects of it, but thought the yogurt taste was too overwhelming. If I made it again, I'd cut back on yogurt.
