Rated 4 out of 5 by from This is the second time I've made this recipe. This is the second time I've made this recipe. I love that it is so quick and easy and tastes great. The first time I made it exactly as the recipe calls for. This time I just used a can of peas instead of frozen and also added 1 finely chopped chipotle pepper to spice it up a bit and give it a little smokey flavor. It even tasted good the next day. I suppose you could actually throw any veges you want into this recipe and it would be great. Will definitely make this again.

This recipe was sooo delicious! my husband and I hosted a dinner party and I made this as one of the dishes and EVERYONE there wanted the recipe to it, I also have a very picky 2 year old and she dove right in and ate everybite of it! Rated 4 out of 5 by from Never mind the comment in my last review about the dish drying out a bit. Never mind the comment in my last review about the dish drying out a bit. It seems I forgot the sour cream; I didn't remember it until hours later when I saw the container in my fridge! Even so, the dish tasted quite good. Now that's my kind of recipe - even when in a hurry and stressed out, I can't ruin it!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from This was definately one of the fastest meals to put together. This was definately one of the fastest meals to put together. I'm not sure about the amount of sour cream.....I did double the recipe to have leftovers and subsituted corn for the peas like others had suggested and not quite sure about that. I would make it again, but not for a while.

I made this for my son and I tonight because I was looking for a quick and easy recipe. My son LOVED it. He had 3 or 4 helpings of it. I also really liked it, especially because of how easy it was to make. I used a can of ham, frozen broccoli and used 1/4 C. of sour cream.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from I fixed this for dinner with leftover ham and was very disappointed. I fixed this for dinner with leftover ham and was very disappointed. It had no flavor, even with breadcrumbs on top. I would have enjoyed dinner more if I had kept each ingredient seperate, and not tried to put it together, as I usually fix leftover ham.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from My husband really liked this, as did I and I make "from scratch" Mac and cheese quite frequently. My husband really liked this, as did I and I make "from scratch" Mac and cheese quite frequently. I have a gripe though. Why do people rate a dish they have not tried? seriously, it "sounds good"? You can't really rate something you haven't tried!
