Prepare poultry seasoning with spices from your pantry. Mix 1 tsp. dried basil leaves, 1 tsp. garlic powder, 1 tsp. dry mustard, 1 tsp. parsley flakes, 1/2 tsp. ground red pepper (cayenne), 1/2 tsp. dried thyme leaves, 1/2 tsp. paprika and 1/2 tsp. black pepper in small bowl. Place in resealable jar; store in cool dry cabinet.
