I used cooked chicken in addition to the shrimp and stir fry veggies rather than just broccoli. I found that when I cooked up the veggies, they produced so much liquid that the dressing taste was masked and made the dish a bit bland. When I dished it up, I added more dressing to the plate and it was wonderful. Next time, I'll cook up the veggies, drain off the juice, THEN add dressing. I'll definitely make it again!
