What You Need

lb. pork tenderloin

1/4

tsp. garlic powder

1/4

tsp. black pepper

tsp. olive oil

1/2

lb. thin fresh green beans

cups sliced fresh mushrooms

1/4

cup water

1/4

cup KRAFT Lite Honey Dijon Dressing

oz. (1/4 of 8-oz. pkg.) PHILADELPHIA Neufchatel Cheese, cubed

Tbsp. GREY POUPON Dijon Mustard

Make It

CUT meat into 3/4-inch-thick slices; flatten to 1/2-inch thickness. Season with garlic powder and black pepper. Heat oil in large nonstick skillet on medium heat. Add meat; cook 2 min. on each side or just until done. Transfer to platter; cover to keep warm.

ADD beans to skillet; cook and stir 4 to 5 min. or until crisp-tender. Transfer to platter with meat.

COOK and stir mushrooms in same skillet 1 min. Add next 4 ingredients; cook and stir 2 to 3 min. or until Neufchatel is completely melted and sauce just comes to boil. Serve over meat.

This was very easy and tasty. I used the boneless chops and did not pound them down. Thinner pork can dry out too easliy. I used extra mushrooms, cream cheese and salad dressing in the sauce and I added sea salt to the chops. I finished the dish off with chopped chives. Excellent and I would serve this to company.

This was a waste of a good pork tenderloin!!! My husband, who is a man that basically eats anything, could only eat two bites. I thought the sauce was disgusting and felt bad to have wasted the mushrooms and the pork tenderloin. Let's just say that the garbage can enjoyed it and we ended up having frozen pizza!

Easy to make. Had good flavor. I used presliced boneless pork chops and they worked fine.
