Ratings & Reviews

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This was very easy and tasty. This was very easy and tasty. I used the boneless chops and did not pound them down. Thinner pork can dry out too easliy. I used extra mushrooms, cream cheese and salad dressing in the sauce and I added sea salt to the chops. I finished the dish off with chopped chives. Excellent and I would serve this to company.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from This was a waste of a good pork tenderloin! This was a waste of a good pork tenderloin!!! My husband, who is a man that basically eats anything, could only eat two bites. I thought the sauce was disgusting and felt bad to have wasted the mushrooms and the pork tenderloin. Let's just say that the garbage can enjoyed it and we ended up having frozen pizza!
