I made this recipe as recommended in the winter Food & Family: with pork, broccoli, apples, onions, and Italian dressing. It called for 2 apples, which was way too much. I also found that 1/4 cup of dressing was not enough, so I'd suggest increasing that. Just use common sense, and if an ingredient seems like too much, then decrease it. Otherwise, it smelled wonderful and was good. I am looking forward to trying the beef and chicken versions.
