Use Your Broiler
Marinate chicken as directed. Heat broiler. Remove chicken from marinade; discard marinade. Place chicken on rack of broiler pan. Broil, 6 inches from heat, 10 min. on each side or until done (165ºF).
How to Turn Meat on the Grill
For the juiciest, most flavorful grilled meat, always use long-handled grill tongs or a metal spatula to turn or move meat pieces on the grill. Piercing the meat with a fork causes the juices to escape, resulting in less flavorful meat.
