  • Whisk first 4 ingredients until blended. Reserve 1/4 cup; pour remaining marinade over chicken in shallow dish. Turn to evenly coat both sides of each breast. Refrigerate 30 min., turning after 15 min.
  • Meanwhile, combine remaining ingredients and reserved marinade. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
  • Heat grill to medium-high heat. Lightly grease grill grates. Remove chicken from marinade; discard marinade. Grill chicken 10 min. on each side or until done (165ºF). Serve with vegetable mixture.

Use Your Broiler

Marinate chicken as directed. Heat broiler. Remove chicken from marinade; discard marinade. Place chicken on rack of broiler pan. Broil, 6 inches from heat, 10 min. on each side or until done (165ºF).

How to Turn Meat on the Grill

For the juiciest, most flavorful grilled meat, always use long-handled grill tongs or a metal spatula to turn or move meat pieces on the grill. Piercing the meat with a fork causes the juices to escape, resulting in less flavorful meat.
