what you need

Take 2 small boneless skinless chicken breasts (1/2 lb.), 1 tsp. oil and 1/2 cup fat-free reduced-sodium chicken broth and mix & match your recipe from these options...

Sun-Dried Tomato Vinaigrette 1 cup (1/2 of1 4-1/2 oz. can) Italian-style stewed tomatoes, undrained; 1/2 tsp. dried oregano leaves 1/4 cup KRAFT Shredded Low-Moisture Part-Skim Mozzarella Cheese; 1 small red onion, chopped
Zesty Italian 1 onion, chopped; 1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning 1 cup small broccoli florets, 1/4 cup KRAFT Shredded Cheddar Cheese
Classic Caesar 2 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley; 1/2 tsp. dried basil leaves 2 plum tomatoes, seeded, chopped; 2 slices OSCAR MAYER Bacon, cooked, crumbled
Ranch 1/4 cup KRAFT Original Barbecue Sauce; 2 cloves garlic, minced; 1 Tbsp. honey 1 cup frozen peas

Then follow our 3 simple steps:

COOK chicken in hot oil in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat 5 min. on each side or until chicken is browned on both sides.

MIX 1/4 cup KRAFT Dressing, broth and flavorings; pour over chcken. Bring just to boil; cover. Simmer on medium-low heat 3 min.

STIR in add-ins; cook, covered, 2 to 4 min. or until vegetables are cooked and chicken is done (165ºF).
