  • Mix dressing mix, juice, soy sauce and oil until well blended.
  • Heat large skillet on medium-high heat. Add meat and 1 tablespoon of the dressing mixture; cook 4 to 5 minutes or until meat is cooked through.
  • Add vegetables and remaining dressing mixture; cook and stir until vegetables are crisp-tender. Serve over rice.

Substitute

Substitute boneless skinless chicken breasts or pork loin for beef sirloin.

It was enjoyed by people of all ages(3yr old twin boys, 23 yr old mother, 28yr old father, and 50yr old grandmother) so this is a real crowd pleaser. I doubled the recipe to make enough for all of us. And it still truned out fine. So what are you waiting for....go in the kitchen and start cooking.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from This was a delicious recipe. This was a delicious recipe. I made it with pork instead of beef as suggested and added sesame seeds while it was cooking. We did add teriyaki sauce to our rice and it added even more flavor. I used the bell pepper and onion mixed veggies. but any stir fry mix would be good with this recipe.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Easy to make and tasty. Easy to make and tasty. I cut up the meat the night before and let it marinate in the seasoning mix overnight. Next time I make it, I might marinate the meat with fresh garlic as well to make it a bit more flavorful.
