Rated 5 out of 5 by from This is the third time I have made these. This is the third time I have made these. I really appreciate that there are only a few ingredients and this is really easy to make in the microwave. I rolled a piece of walnut inside and then coated the outside with ground walnuts. Instead of using a fork for dipping, I found a couple of bamboo skewers worked better and made less marks on the chocolate. Even people that say they hate cream cheese love these. I'll never tell!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from These truffles were simply senstional! These truffles were simply senstional! I made these as favors for the holidays, and my guests were arguing with me, not believing that I made them, because they came out that good. Yes, they were a bit messy to make, but not hard at all, and it was so fun to add all the little toppings...that was the best part. Next time I will try using melted chocolate in a crock pot...that might make it easier and less messy.

There are so many little things one can do to be creative without straying far from the recipe - and all of them are good. I like to drizzle white chocolate across the top to make them look a little more fancy. Grandkids think they are great, and that is a BIG plus for me!
