  • Bring 2 qt. (8 cups) water to boil in large saucepan on medium-high heat. Add noodles; return to boil. Cook 1 to 2 min. or just until tender. Place in colander; rinse with cold water. Let stand (in colander) 30 to 40 min. or until dry and firm, stirring occasionally.
  • Mix gourmet sauce, soy sauce, curry powder, Sriracha sauce and remaining water until blended; reserve for later use. Heat 1 Tbsp. oil in large nonstick skillet on medium heat. Add chicken; cook and stir 3 min. Add ham; cook and stir 1 min. Add cabbage, peppers, garlic, ginger and remaining oil; mix well. Cook and stir 1 min.
  • Add reserved gourmet sauce mixture and noodles; cook on low heat 1 to 2 min. or until liquid is absorbed, stirring frequently. Remove from heat. Stir in onions and cilantro.
