  • Heat grill to medium-high heat. Grill steak 4 to 6 min. on each side or until medium doneness (160ºF). Remove from grill; cover. Let stand 5 min.
  • Slice steak. Serve with steak sauce.

How to Slice the Steak

Let cooked steak stand 5 min. before slicing to allow the meat juices to set. Then, cut the steak across the grain into thin slices.
