  • Cook chicken in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat 5 to 7 min. on each side or until done (165ºF). Transfer to platter; cover to keep warm.
  • Add dressing, zucchini and onions to skillet; cook on medium heat 4 min. or until vegetables are crisp-tender, stirring occasionally. Stir in tomatoes and snow peas; cook 1 to 2 min. or until heated through.
  • Top chicken with vegetable mixture and cheese.

Substitute

Prepare using KRAFT Sun Dried Tomato Vinaigrette Dressing.

Special Extra

Sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley just before serving.

I have a finicky 17 year old daughter who loved this! I made it exactly as directed except I added a yellow squash and more Italian dressing to cook the vegetables. I probably also used lots more cherry tomatoes which we love... the tomatoes really make this recipe along with the cheese sprinkled on top!

Chicken comes out dry so I marinate for at least 20 minutes or longer and bake at 400 degrees for about 20 minutes, cook the veggies as stated and then combine on the plate. I agree you should use a few more peas. We serve with a Parmesan couscous, sometimes omitting the parm cheese from the recipe. Super healthy. WE LOVE IT!!

I actually added a little more veggies and used the sun dried tomato dressing instead and added a little bit more with the chicken, this was very yummy and even my kids snarfed it down. Definately have this again and also made wonderful leftovers for lunch today.

My first impression of the chicken was that it was pretty bland, however it tasted better with every bite. Eating all those wonderful fresh vegetables with it made it a delightful and healthy meal. I served mashed potatoes as a side dish, and they complemented the dish very well.

After chicken cooled a bit I sliced each into 5 large slices. Also used Sun Dreid Tomatoe vinegret(a little more than called for). Served over wild rice with ever present salad.

I put it over bow tie pasta. The only thing I would do different next time would be to add the chicken to the veggies at the end to blend the taste.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I enjoyed the flavor of this very much. I enjoyed the flavor of this very much. I did add extra dressing though, to the chicken while cooking. I also added a bit more veggies than what was called for and served meal over rice. Yummy!!
