My only complaint was this recipe didn't make enough! Quick, easy and delicious
The breast meat turned out dry. I did not cook the breast meat until there were no more pinkness, I figured the breast meat would finish cooking while cooking the dumplings which it did. Regardless, the breast meat was dry. Also, the recipe could of used some salt and pepper, which I added to my own plate. I would replace the breast with thighs, or just dark meat. White meat tends to dry out too much. A lot of nice ingredients, and expensive! I would give this recipe a thumbs down!!! BOOOOOO roars this audience!
I want to make this recipe gluten free, could I substitute corn starch for the flour?
