Skillet Chicken and Peppers Dijon

Dress up your chicken breasts with a tasty skillet-cooked mélange of mixed peppers, Dijon mustard and white wine.

What You Need

2
Tbsp.  oil, divided
6
small  boneless skinless chicken breasts (1-1/2 lb.)
1/2
tsp.  cornstarch
1/4
cup  dry white wine
3
Tbsp.  GREY POUPON Dijon Mustard
1
  each green and red pepper, cut into strips

Make It

HEAT 1 Tbsp. oil in large nonstick skillet on medium heat. Add chicken; cook 6 to 7 min. on each side or until done (165ºF).

MEANWHILE, mix cornstarch, wine and mustard until blended. Heat remaining oil in small skillet on medium heat. Add peppers; cook and stir 5 min. or until crisp-tender. Stir in cornstarch mixture; cook 2 min. or until thickened, stirring constantly.

SERVE chicken topped with pepper mixture.
