  • Heat oil in large skillet on medium heat. Add chicken; cook 2 min. Add vegetables; cook 10 to 12 min. or until chicken is done and vegetables are crisp-tender, stirring occasionally.
  • Add cooking creme and paprika; cook and stir 2 to 3 min. or until heated through.
  • Serve over noodles; top with parsley.

Special Extra

Add 1 Tbsp. dry white wine with the cooking creme.


Substitute hot cooked rice for the noodles.


Substitute 3/4 lb. ready-to-heat frozen turkey meatballs for the cut-up fresh chicken.

    Tweaked it! Good Season's salad dressing packet, paprika, mushrooms, garlic and parsley. Two thumbs up!

    This recipe def needs to be tweaked to add more flavor. I would season the chicken (much!) more, add garlic and use the Italian cooking cream instead of the plain. Possibly use a little less cream as well. The recipe just doesn't have enough flavor and it's very bland as is, but could be made sooo much better with just some seasoning. I also added a dash of hot sauce. Much better!
