Skillet Fish with Lemon-Walnut Pesto

This skillet fish couldn't be easier to make. But the walnut pesto, made with fresh basil and lemon juice, makes it taste like restaurant-style fare.

What You Need

1/2
cup  KRAFT Lite House Italian Dressing, divided
 Zest and juice from 1 lemon, divided
4
 tilapia fillets (1 lb.)
1/2
cup  finely chopped tightly packed fresh basil
1/4
cup  finely chopped PLANTERS Walnuts
1
Tbsp.  KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese
2
cups   hot cooked long-grain brown rice

Make It

MIX 2 Tbsp. dressing and 1 Tbsp. lemon juice in shallow dish. Add fish; turn to evenly coat both sides of fish. Refrigerate 10 min.

MEANWHILE, combine remaining dressing, remaining lemon juice, lemon zest, basil, nuts and cheese.

REMOVE fish from dressing mixture; discard dressing mixture. Cook fish in large nonstick skillet on medium heat 3 to 4 min. on each side or until fish flakes easily with fork. Spoon rice onto platter; top with fish and pesto.

Serve with a tossed green salad tossed with your favorite KRAFT Lite Dressing, such as Italian or Ranch.
