  • Mix 2 Tbsp. dressing and 1 Tbsp. lemon juice in shallow dish. Add fish; turn to evenly coat both sides of fish. Refrigerate 10 min.
  • Meanwhile, combine remaining dressing, remaining lemon juice, lemon zest, basil, nuts and cheese.
  • Remove fish from dressing mixture; discard dressing mixture. Cook fish in large nonstick skillet on medium heat 3 to 4 min. on each side or until fish flakes easily with fork. Spoon rice onto platter; top with fish and pesto.
