Loved this dish. Got some zucchini from the local ***** and vegetable stand and took them home and cooked up this recipe. So good. I used canned tomato's instead of the pasta sauce. Will definitely make it again.
I've made this recipe for years using fresh tomatoes instead of the caned ones plus onions, garlic and basil or italian seasoning...much more flavor...-:)
