Rated 4 out of 5 by from I served it like you would a "Taco Sundae". I served it like you would a "Taco Sundae". I put the Sloppy Joe Mac in a big crockpot to stay warm, and made an array of toppings, ie: sliced green onions, black olives, cheddar cheese, crushed tortilla chips etc. Don't expect this dish to taste like mac and cheese. What makes it so special is that you can take a box of mac and cheese, and make it something that looks like you took hours to prepare. Great for a family gathering.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from My husband and I are of the opinion you should not 'mess with' Kraft mac n cheese. My husband and I are of the opinion you should not 'mess with' Kraft mac n cheese. So although this recipe sounded good to me, the final product wasn't what we wanted. A straight cheeseburger mac would have been better for our tastes. Too much tomato flavor between the sauce and the barbecue sauce overpowered the original cheese flavors. It was very quick and easy to make and I'm sure some people will love it, just not for us.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from This was pretty good. This was pretty good. However, added some finely chopped green pepper & onion to the beef. I cut back a little on the BBQ sauce, added some Velveeta to the sauce & added some scallions to the top. This would also be good doubled or tripled for a crowd, baked in a 13x9 pan with more Velveeta on the top. Then before serving, put the tomatoes, shredded lettuce & scallions on the top.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from I made this recipe for my husband and I. I made this recipe for my husband and I. He is a BBQ and beef loving man so this was perfect for him. I skipped the tomatoes and lettuce. This was a very quick and easy recipe and at first I thought I'd hate it but it is very good. I used Kraft Bulls Eye Hickory Smoked BBQ sauce and that gives it a magnificant flavor.

I used a hot and spicy flavored barbeque sauce and added extra, and topped it with some 2% shredded colby jack cheese

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This is a great meal if you need something quick. This is a great meal if you need something quick. I loved all the flavors in it. My 6 year old even liked it and he is very picky. My husband enjoyed it too. We put Kraft shredded cheese on top instead of the lettuce and tomatoes. Excellent!!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Unfortunately we did not like this dish. Unfortunately we did not like this dish. I made for dinner and didn't think it deserved another try. It just didn't have much flavor, wish it had more of a cheese flavor but it didn't. I did add cheddar on top but didn't help much.
