Passover Celebrations

To prepare this recipe for Passover, select food products that are kosher for Passover as needed. Consult with your rabbi if you have any questions.

Note

Meats cooked in a slow cooker make great leftovers. Cover and refrigerate any leftover meat in the leftover sauce. When ready to reheat, remove and discard any fat from surface of sauce. Cook ribs and sauce in saucepan on medium-low heat until heated through (160°F), stirring frequently.

Special Extra

For easy cleanup, line slow cooker with plastic liner bag before filling with ingredients and cooking as directed.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from i just cooked this recipe today. i just cooked this recipe today. my husband is a very tough critic when it comes to food and he loved it. and i dont perosnally like ribs but these were wonderful. instead of yellow i used brown mustard, i also poured a little extra bbq sauce around the edges of the slow cooker after i put all the ingredients in. i definately recommed this to everyone.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from For convenience sake this was great, but this recipe fell short on flavor. For convenience sake this was great, but this recipe fell short on flavor. Next time I will follow the suggestion of using pork ribs, and I'll make a traditional BBQ sauce. The coffee was a great surprize flavor, but next time I'll use decaf (my husband and I were up all night.

I made this for Passover this year and with some changes, it turned out delicious and tasty. Instead of 1 garlic clove I used 5 and instead of 3/4 cup Ketchup I used 1/2 cup BBQ Sauce (any flavor) and 1/4 cup Ketchup. I won't wait until next Passover to make these again.
