What You Need

lb. boneless skinless chicken thighs

1-1/2

cups KRAFT THICK 'N SPICY Brown Sugar Barbecue Sauce

cup chicken broth

onion, chopped

1/2

cup dried apricots, quartered

1/2

cup golden raisins

Tbsp. curry powder

cloves garlic, minced

cups hot cooked long-grain brown rice

Make It

PLACE chicken in slow cooker. Combine all remaining ingredients except rice; pour over chicken. Cover with lid.

COOK on LOW 8 hours (or on HIGH 5 hours).

SERVE over rice.

Substitute

Substitute boneless skinless chicken breasts for the chicken thighs; cut in half before placing in slow cooker. Continue as directed.

This was great to make, and didn't change a thing. The house smelled really good while this was cooking. I would definitely make this again.

Tried this recipe for something new with chicken. The chicken was so tender and had a great flavor. The grandchildren even asked if I would cook this again. Excellent meal and very easy to make.

This was delicious! My husband and kids loved it and said this needs to go on the make-again list. I used couscous instead of brown rice but other than that I stuck with the recipe. Excellent and easy!

very delicious. went together quickly and cooked up nicely. I only had 2-lbs of chicken so didn't have as many portions. still had plenty to put up and freeze for take to work lunches.

My family does not care for the texture of brown rice but I used it anyway...still turned out great. Only "odd" thing - the grapes swelled so they looked like mini-golden grapes - again still tasted great. Will make again!

Very easy, ended up shredding the chicken and making sandwiches. Serves a lot so have some friends over. Will be freezing some leftovers in individual bags for quick thawing. Hoping that goes will. Did not adjust anything in the recipe itself. Will make again when guests are coming.

Easy & Delicious! Will use a bit more curry and a spicy bbq sauce next time to give it a little more kick. Chicken was very moist and tender.
