Overall Amazing...I thought the BBQ flavor would be better but still pretty darn good.
I had to leave it in the crockpot on Warm for several hours while I was at work, and so it really dried out. I was worried it would dry out when I was starting it because the 1/2 cup of sauce mix that we add doesn't do much to provide moisture in the pot while it's heating up. I would probably try a beef broth next time to add that moisture.
I made this recipe and used 1/2 can of low sodium beef broth for extra broth It was a great meal. Can't wait to make again.
