this recipe was awful. ate very little of it and threw out the rest.
I made this minus the peppers and parsley- my husband and I recommend that the chicken be shredded before serving, add pepper and maybe some cayenne to add a little bit of heat. He added salt to his plate but then went back for seconds so it must not have been that bad.
My husband and I really liked this recipe. The only thing I changed was that I didn't have Velveeta cheese and I used chicken breast. We had the Kraft cheddar cheese and some American cheese so we put that in instead and it was really good. We were having peas too and found that they tasted really good mixed in with this dish.
