I used 1 lb chicken breasts instead of thighs and cut them in half so they weren't as thick. My 5 yr old daughter who claims to dislike chicken ate this all up, two different times. I used dried basil instead of fresh. We all really liked this and it made 8 servings, which is great for our family of 3.
