  • Add all remaining ingredients except broccoli, VELVEETA and shredded cheese; cover with lid.
  • Cook on LOW 6 to 8 hours (or on HIGH 3 to 4 hours).
  • Stir in broccoli and VELVEETA; cook, covered, on HIGH 30 min.
  • Top with shredded cheese before serving.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from STOVE TOP DIRECTIONS for CROWD PLEASING SOUP I used all the ingredients as listed and cooked this soup on the stove. I sauteed the onions and carrots then floured the chicken and put on top of cooked vegetables. Then I added the broth, worch sauce and extra water as I nearly tripled all other ingredients. Simmered for an hour then added broccoli and cheese.
