Slow-Cooker Chocolate-Peppermint Cake

Coarsely chopped semi-sweet chocolate gives this easy slow-cooker chocolate-peppermint cake its extra fudgy flavor.

What You Need

box  (2- layer size) devil's food cake mix
1
pkg.  (3.9 oz.) JELL-O Chocolate Fudge Flavor Instant Pudding
1
container  (8 oz.) BREAKSTONE'S Sour Cream
1
cup  water
3/4
cup  oil
4
 eggs
1
cup   coarsely chopped BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Chocolate
1
tsp.  peppermint extract

Make It

MIX ingredients until blended.

POUR into slow cooker sprayed with cooking spray; cover with lid.

COOK on LOW 6 to 8 hours (or on HIGH 3 to 4 hours).

REMOVE from slow cooker; cool 10 min. Remove from pan to wire rack; cool completely.
