Rated 5 out of 5 by from Quote from my husband,"On a scale from 1 to 10, this is a 12! Quote from my husband,"On a scale from 1 to 10, this is a 12!"I made a few changes, but not enough to change the original recipe. I used one can of Bush's seasoned chili beans and a can of northern beans. Instead of the seasoning the recipe suggested,I added *********'s original chili seasoning packet. I also added cumin. I used one cup of Safeway medium salsa and 1/2 cup of mild salsa. Also, because it wasn't specific,I put the chicken in raw, breasts instead of thighs. Turned out awesome. Was a little thick,so I added 1/2 can of chicken broth at the end. Printed recipe and will be ****** again.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Just made this again last night and it was just as good as the first time. Just made this again last night and it was just as good as the first time. It's easy to throw together, and you can easily tweak it to what you have in your pantry - I've used different beans, add extra corn, used chicken breasts, and tomato soup, and it still came out fantastic. Even my increasingly picky 5 year old loves this, and I love coming home to a filling, warm meal. Left-overs freeze and reheat very well.

I had to read the reviews before I decided to make the chili-took the advice from others and added creole seasoning (garlic, green onions, parsley, celery, yellow onions). I also added a couple of jalapeno, and pinto beans in chili garlic/onion powder. I know sounds alot, but it was delicious. My husband loved it and I would do it again-slow cooker-you can not beat that....

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Yum! Yum! BEST Chicken Chili ever! Chunky chicken is so much better than ground - retains its flavor and texture while absorbing the spices. I thought 2Tbsp chili powder would be too much, but took a chance with it and it was just right. I didn't have frozen corn so used 1 can Mexican corn and it was great. Will definitely make again - family loved it.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from I omitted the corn and used dark red kidney beans, black beans, and pinto beans, and my whole family... I omitted the corn and used dark red kidney beans, black beans, and pinto beans, and my whole family enjoyed it. It wasn't very spicy, if you prefer a spicier dish, but I'm erring on the side of lower sodium recipes, so I made this as low sodium as I could. I cooked it for 8 hours on low and the chicken was very tender. The whole family loved it!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from As soon as I saw this recipe, I knew I had to make it, with a twist of course. As soon as I saw this recipe, I knew I had to make it, with a twist of course. It's a great basic recipe that can be tweaked to suit your taste buds. I added cannelli bean, omitted the corn, used cayenne pepper instead of chili powder. I also seasoned the chicken and partially cooked it before adding to crock pot.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from My husband loved it as did I. My husband loved it as did I. Easy to make, I boiled the chicken first, then cut into bite size bites, poured them into a season mixture of black pepper, sea salt, Cajun seasoning and chili powder. It gave a nice flavor to the chicken, then added it to crock pot to simmer with the rest of chili on high for 4 hours.
